Strength with Monthly check in
This plan involves an inital testing phase , then I will send the program across in monthly installments with a check in once a month.

After our initial consultation, we’ll dive deep into your goals and review how my coaching approach aligns with what you’re aiming to achieve. If we agree that we’re a good fit, we’ll begin with an assessment of your current fitness levels and movement patterns.
This process includes a series of functional strength tests to assess mobility, stability, and key muscle group activation. From there, I’ll create a personalised 3-month strength plan, mapping out realistic progress.
Each month, you’ll receive a tailored program with specific exercises, rep schemes, and progression strategies. I’ll check in with you every 4 weeks to review your performance and adjust your program based on feedback and results.
