This plan involves an inital testing phase then I will send the plan across in monthly installments with a check in once a month.

Following your consultation call, we will meet to get really specific about your goals and I will give you an overview of my approach to coaching. Once we have agreed on if we would work well together, we can begin your program.

The program will begin with a look at your current training volume and I will ask you to complete some baseline testing. These will be a CSS swim test, either a ramp test or 20 min FTP test and a 5k time trial.

Once we have these numbers, I will produce a 3 month plan to map out the kind of progress we hope to make.

I will then break that 3 month plan into monthly programs and share those with you. I will check in every month to get feedback and to monitor your progress so we can tweak your plan for the upcoming month, according to your progress.
