This plan involved an inital testing phase then I will send the plan across in monthly installments with a check in once a week.

Following your consultation, we’ll take the time to refine your goals and outline how my endurance coaching approach can guide you there. Once we confirm it’s a good fit, we’ll begin by assessing your current training volume and perform key fitness tests.
We'll conduct a sport-specific test and use that as a baseline to tailor your training program effectively. This will help us understand your current fitness level and identify areas for improvement.
With this information, I’ll create a plan that balances intensity and recovery, ensuring steady progress toward your goals.
I’ll check in with you every week to gather feedback and adjust the training plan as needed to keep you on track for success.
