Following your consultation, we’ll take the time to refine your goals and outline how my combined strength and endurance coaching approach can support your ambitions. Once we confirm it’s a good fit, we’ll begin by assessing your current training volume and performing key fitness tests.

We'll conduct both strength and sport-specific tests to establish baselines that will inform your training program. This comprehensive assessment will help us identify your strengths and areas for improvement in both disciplines.

With this information, I’ll create a 3-month combined training plan that integrates strength and endurance training, allowing you to build overall fitness effectively. Each month, you’ll receive tailored programs that balance the demands of both strength and endurance while ensuring adequate recovery.

I’ll check in with you every week to evaluate your progress, gather feedback, and adjust the training plan as needed to keep you on track for achieving your goals.
