Endurance with Monthly check in
This plan involved an inital testing phase then I will send the plan across in monthly installments with a check in once a month.

Following your consultation, we’ll take the time to refine your goals and outline how my endurance coaching approach can guide you there. Once we confirm it’s a good fit, we’ll begin by assessing your current training volume and perform key fitness tests.
We'll conduct a sport-specific test and use that as a baseline to tailor your training program effectively. This will help us understand your current fitness level and identify areas for improvement.
With this information, I’ll create a plan that balances intensity and recovery, ensuring steady progress toward your goals.
I’ll check in with you every 4 weeks to gather feedback and adjust the training plan as needed to keep you on track for success.
